What printer is compatible with a lenovo computer?

What printer is compatible with a lenovo computer?

I have a lenovo computer an I bought a lexmark 300 printer but I guess is not compatible with the computer because I can’t install it and I want to know a compatible mark.

One of my friends asked me this question,i posted it on my forum,the following is the answer:

As long your computer has the right connection (USB) ist does not matter what brand it is.
More imortant is the type of operating system. Some printers have problems with the new
Windows 7. But the problem can be cleared by downloading new drivers for your printer
either from Microsoft or the lexmark website.
